Kate Moyle

Kate Moyle is an Accredited Psychosexual & Relationship Therapist in Central London. She specialises in working with those that are struggling with difficulties with their relationships and sex lives, including many in their twenties and thirties who are impacted by the stresses of modern life. She considers sexual problems or sexual dysfunctions in terms of their personal context and meaning and the role it holds for the person as an individual. Kate often works with people to recognise their personal understanding of their sexuality and sexual health; with the view that issues have roots in psychology, emotion, the physical body, and a person’s history and culture. Ultimately her aim is to help people get to a place of relationship and sexual health, happiness and wellbeing. She has a Degree in Psychology, Post Graduate Diploma in Integrative Psychosexual Therapy and a Masters Degree in Relationship Therapy.

Kate is a regular media contributor on the topic of sex and relationships and is passionate about having open, honest and realistic conversations to break the taboo around these topics. She is the UK Sex Expert for luxury sex toy brand Lelo and was a therapist on the 2019 BBC TV series Sex on the Couch helping couples to work through their sexual and relationship challenges and break the stigma around relationship and sexual difficulties, by taking Psychosexual & Relationship Therapy onto such a public platform. She has been quoted and featured in numerous publications such as The Telegraph, The Guardian, Cosmopolitan, Marie Claire, Manrepeller, Elite Daily, Bustle, The Independent , Refinery29 and others, alongside numerous podcasts and panels. She has her own private therapy practice in Central London, and also Co-Founded and is Director of The Thought House Partnership, which offers a multi-disciplinary approach of therapies.
